Over years of making skis, Ogasaka has came up with their own technology and engineering
technich to enhance the perfromance of skis. Let me show you some of the technology
here.

Technology
Ogasaka Ski has been dedicated to research and developing skis that are appropriate
for all types of skiers for over 90 years. We work with Kanazawa University Human
and Machinery Engineering department to scientifically prove experienced engineers
hunches. We have developed our own technology to enhance the performance of skiing.
Beyond the traditional sandwich construction, we have developed Twinkeel, Shell-top
Construction to enhance performance for certain conditions.

Accumulator, FLF and New Weigh Balance makes the most smooth turns
The combination of Ogaska’s three technology work together to bring 1 perfect seamless
turns. 1. FLF helps to initiate turn much easier and smoother. 2. Then the release
of turns are smooth out to the next turn efficiently with Accumulator. 3. New Weigh
Balance stabilize the turns from beginning to the end.

Front Lead Function
FLF has redefined skis since its debuted. FLF has unique shape that let you initiate
turn easier, give you more edge angle, control radius of turns.
New Weigh Balance
From our study, we have found the center of our weigh to be below ankle, which is
behind the center of boots. We have redesigned the balance of our skis to bring
the thickest part of skis to be below the new center of weight.
Accumulator
We have created special material that can transfer accumulated energy to directional
energy; to carry on accumulated energy into the next turn more efficiently.
